METHODIn a large pot on medium heat add the oil and fry off the onion, ginger, and garlic. Whilst frying, cut up the pumpkin, sweet potato, and carrots into small pieces. Add to the saucepan along with the stock, hemp seeds, salt, and pepper. Stir before placing the lid on to let it simmer for 25 minutes. Turn the heat off and let it cool for 5 minutes. Using a handheld or normal blender, blend the mixture until smoothie and creamy. Lastly, stir in the cream and hemp oil. Viola! Ready to serve.
