The perfect weekend treat! We are bringing you a classic, pizza but with a hemp twist. So pour yourself a glass of wine, put a movie on and enjoy this delicious meal. Recipe makes 2 bases.
Set the oven at 160 degrees. Start with adding the warm water, sugar and yeast into a jug. Stir to combine then leave for 5 minutes for the yeast to proof. You will know it is ready when it starts foaming on top. In another bowl add the flour, hemp balance, salt and baking powder, stir to combine. When the yeast is ready add the water mixture, hemp oil and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Once combined, empty on to a pizza tray and flatten in to your desired shape. Let it rest for 10 minutes before putting it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take the base out and add toppings before placing it back into the oven for a further 15-20 minutes. Bon Appetit!
