Method Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Slice the four peeled apples into thin wedges and place in a pot with the water. Boil at a medium heat for 5 minutes or until apples soften. In a bowl, add the oats, almond meal, chopped almonds, honey, hemp seeds, hemp boost, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon and salt. Bring the boiled apples over and drain the leftover water into the mixture, keeping the apples separate. Stir all the ingredients in the bowl together. In a medium size baking tray, evenly spread the boiled apples and sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of cinnamon over the top of them. Then layer the mixture on top of the apples evenly. Place in the oven to cook for 35 minutes. Best enjoyed whilst warm :)
