Recipe makes 16 muffins.Ingredients
Turn on oven and set to 160 degrees and prepare muffin tin with 16 paper muffin cups. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl (flour, sugar, hemp seeds, hemp balance, baking powder, baking soda and salt) and stir. In a separate bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together (yoghurt, lemon juice, orange juice, zest, eggs and butter) until smooth and creamy. Fold dry ingredients into wet and stir to combine. Using a spoon place a heaped scoop into each paper muffin cup and put the tray into the oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
