Deliciously mouth-watering, these crumbed chicken tenders are just as good, if not better than the traditional battered chicken! They were eaten just as quickly as they were cooked.
Cut chicken breasts into chunky strips and set three bowls aside. In the first bowl, place flour. In the second bowl, crack one large egg and whisk until creamy. In the last bowl, add the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.
One at a time place a chicken strip into the flour, roll it around so that the flour covers the tender. Then into the egg and finally into the seeded mix. Repeat this process with the remaining tenders.
Once all the tenders are covered in the crust mix place a frying pan on low heat with coconut oil. When hot, place the tenders in the pan, cook for 5 minutes on either side. Best served hot with a Hemp Salad!
