Hemp Hummus

If you are obsessed with hummus as much as we are, you will LOVE this recipe! 
This dip + pita bread = a match made in heaven. It doesn't get much better. 

Ingredients

  • 400g chickpeas
  • ¼ cup Aus Primary Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Aus Primary Hemp Oil 
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 Tbsp tahini
  • 4 Tbsp water 
  • A pinch of fresh coriander 
  • 1 tps salt 

Method 

Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoyed best with carrots and crackers.
