It is well known that both hemp, turmeric and ginger are great natural anti-inflammatories, as they help protect the body against inflammation. So why not use all three ingredients to make a delicious latte!?
*This recipe makes 750ml of Turmeric Latte, roughly 3 mugs worth.
INGREDIENTS750mls Hemp Mylk (See previous recipe)1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ginger 1 Tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon
METHODAdd all ingredients to a saucepan. Heat mixture on low while constantly stirring. Before it begins to boil, take off the heat and strain serve.
