Versatile, deliciousness is the best way to describe this recipe!You can smack it on anything; banana bread (as pictured), pancakes, celery, cookies, smoothies, dates... basically anything.It adds a beautiful nutty flavour to your dish... but, with out the nuts. Our hemp butter is complete nut free and takes 15 minutes to make.
Roast sunflower and pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 3 minutes, stopping every now and then to scrape down the sides. Once smooth, empty into a jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
