This recipe taste as good as it looks! It is a gluten-free, dairy-free, raw, healthy twist on the delicious Caramel Slice, but watch out, because it definitely won't last for long!
1. Start with blending all the 'base' ingredient together. Once blended, empty into a baking tray and smoothen out to create the first layer. 2. Blend all of the 'middle' ingredients together until a smooth paste forms. Empty into a baking tray, on top of the base and even out. 3. Lastly, heat the 'top' ingredients in a pot over a low heat until combined. Pour over the slice, covering the whole tray. 4. Place in the fridge for 2hrs and cut into squares to serve. Keep refrigerated.
