This is not a bad fibre product, but the product I received is waaaaay darker and contains more of the outer seed coat and minimal endosperm of hemp seeds. I would really be surprised if this was more than 10% protein. Def not 30% as advertised. It is very gritty in taste, the term flour should not be used to describe this product. Not very useful for protein smoothies, dont waste you time or money.
